For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "betbingo," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the betbingo platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for the operation of the website located at https://betbingo.app.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the betbingo platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the betbingo platform.
• "Services" refers to all games, features, promotions, payment processing, customer support, and any other functionality made available through the betbingo platform.
• "Platform" means the betbingo website, mobile-optimized interface, and any associated software or applications.
• "Funds" refers to any monetary balance held within a Player's betbingo Account, including deposited amounts, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by betbingo to Players, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and betbingo with respect to your use of the Platform and Services, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

To be eligible to use the betbingo platform and its Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold betbingo Accounts.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of betbingo or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the betbingo platform or any other gaming platform operated by betbingo's affiliates.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines.

betbingo reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or termination.

To access the full range of betbingo Services, you must register for an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one betbingo Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• Notification of unauthorized access: You must notify betbingo immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach affecting your credentials.
• Account updates: You are responsible for keeping your Account information current and accurate. You may update your details by contacting betbingo customer support.
• KYC compliance: betbingo may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or when required by applicable regulations. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

betbingo accepts deposits via a range of payment methods available to Philippine players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. The following terms apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are not derived from any illegal activity. betbingo does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of a Player.
• Own payment methods only: All payment methods used to deposit must be registered in your own name. betbingo reserves the right to refuse deposits from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder.
• Currency: All transactions on the betbingo platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.
• Processing times: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your Account balance.
• Deposit limits: betbingo may impose deposit limits at the platform level or at the request of the Player as part of our Responsible Gaming tools. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits to manage their gaming activity.
• No interest: betbingo does not pay interest on any funds held in a Player's Account.

betbingo reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of these Terms.

betbingo is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and fairly. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests:

• Verification requirement: betbingo may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Players are encouraged to complete verification proactively to avoid delays.
• Same payment method: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the capabilities of the payment provider.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 unless otherwise specified.
• Processing time: betbingo aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider and may take additional time.
• Wagering requirements: Funds derived from Bonuses may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Real-money deposits are generally available for withdrawal at any time, subject to verification requirements.
• Withdrawal limits: betbingo may impose maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, or per week. These limits will be communicated to Players through the platform.
• Right to withhold: betbingo reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of any such hold within a reasonable timeframe.

betbingo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• One bonus per promotion: Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times, including through the use of multiple Accounts, constitutes bonus abuse.
• Eligibility: betbingo reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Employees and their immediate family members are not eligible for any betbingo promotions.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free spins are subject to expiry periods as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from a Player's Account without compensation.
• Modification and withdrawal: betbingo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect Players who have already opted into the promotion in good faith.
• Abuse: betbingo employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Any Player found to be abusing promotions — including through arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or collusion — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their Account terminated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betbingo platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and may result in reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating more than one betbingo Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live dealer games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after using deposited funds for gaming.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing betbingo staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to betbingo's systems, databases, or other Players' Accounts.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

All content on the betbingo platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the exclusive property of betbingo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the betbingo platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from betbingo.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or content on the platform.
• Use any betbingo trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any betbingo content or software.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the platform.

Any unauthorized use of betbingo's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your license to use the platform and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betbingo's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or Services shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betbingo shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond betbingo's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any loss arising from events of force majeure, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or other events beyond betbingo's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit betbingo's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

betbingo is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing a safe environment for all Players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

betbingo provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session time limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the betbingo platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Termination by you: You may close your betbingo Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.
• Termination by betbingo: betbingo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in any prohibited activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
• Effect of termination: Upon termination of your Account, your license to use the platform is immediately revoked. betbingo may retain your personal data as required by applicable law and its Privacy Policy.
• Forfeiture: In cases of termination due to breach of these Terms, betbingo reserves the right to forfeit any funds held in your Account, including real-money balances, where permitted by applicable law.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the termination of your Account.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

betbingo operates in a manner consistent with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and the guidelines issued by PAGCOR. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the betbingo platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

betbingo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, betbingo will notify Players through one or more of the following methods:
